The first settlement, between ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar and his two sons, Haydar Quli Khan and Jaʻfar Quli Khan, exchanges properties, some of which belong to the mother of ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar, for six mans [each man equals three kilograms] of wheat and 12000 dinars. These properties include some farms and what ʻAli Aqa Khan Yavar owns from the mills, garden, pastures etc. in the village of Chahar Charik. Settlement between Khadijah Bayg Layk and Ja‘far Quli Khan, 1931
Ja‘far Quli Khan Sari, son of Haj ‘Ali Aqa Khan Yavar, transfers his properties in two villages, including pieces of land and a water share to his wife, Khadijah Khanum, in exchange for two thousand five hundred and fifty tumans. He then hands her this amount in addition to another four hundred and fifty tumans as the price of the properties that were included in her mahr.
